Discounts and promotions
Customers who successfully subscribe to Fixelunor emails automatically receive a 15% sitewide discount, without needing a discount code. This benefit is not limited to a customer's first order.
Selected promotional products may automatically receive a 20% discount, also without a discount code.
Discount eligibility and any applicable combination restrictions are reflected in the checkout calculation. Promotions do not create an entitlement to a price adjustment on purchases made before the promotion applied.
Order placement
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received. It does not necessarily mean the order has completed all processing and fulfillment steps.
We may need to contact you if additional information is required or if a product becomes unavailable. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with the circumstances and the law.
Payment authorization

Shipping and delivery
Fixelunor provides free shipping on every product, without a minimum order amount. Our stated delivery timeframe is 3–5 calendar days.

Returns and refunds
